Re: Safe exercise for PF -- calf muscles?

These exercises, especially the yoga ones, sound very good and I'm looking forward to doing them. One question -- I think on the main website there is a section that stipulates a certain calf muscle is the one that should be stretched and not another one -- it seemed to me this was related to whether the knee was locked or not. Could you give some info on this -- the Plantar Fascii Stretch indicated is done while sitting and the knee is crossed over the other leg, so it could not be locked. Thank you.
