Hi! I used a Colorado brace for about 6 months and didn't find it any more supportive than a regular hi-boot. In fact, I think that my ice skates (I skated seriously in my youth)had more support. I found that it 'broke down' rather quickly. It provided some support but not what I needed.

I didn't use it post-surgically. Currently I'm in a CAM boot and looking at surgery to repair a torn peroneal tendon in the very near future.
