Yes, you should be concerned.

All the poses you mention will - as you've discovered for yourself - make matters worse. They're too strong for you right now. The pain won't pass: it's an indication that you're exacerbating the inflammation.

If you're doing these poses in a class, and if the emphasis of the teaching is on these strong standing poses, I would encourage you to find a different sort of class, and avoid weight bearing stretches altogether until your PF resolves.

If you do continue with standing poses you should certainly wear shoes. When I have students who have PF, I always encourage them to wear shoes while we're standing.

I hope you've seen a podiatrist and have had an accurate diagnosis and a good treatment plan.
