PLEASE list the names of insurance companies you have used which have actually PAID for orthotics--I almost fell out of my chair when I read that in your post, which would have given me an acute case of buttock fasciitis as well! I have NEVER heard of a company reimbursing for these.

Ibuprofen cream instead of pills because of the stomach irritation high doses of pills can cause. This is the only place in the U.S. I've found that sells it.
