Hi Joan! If you have an HMO, you probably won't get reimbursed. I now have a PPO with Aetna and they paid 80% for orthotics. Cigna HMO didn't pay a cent years ago. Good luck!
Lori in AZIbuprofen cream instead of pills because of the stomach irritation high doses of pills can cause. This is the only place in the U.S. I've found that sells it.
