Swelling Behind Ankles Anyone?

I have noticed that the tissue behind my ankles, above my heel, on both sides of the foot are swollen at the end of each day. (Or sooner, depending on how much I've been on my feet.) Is this common amound PF sufferers?

Ibuprofen cream instead of pills because of the stomach irritation high doses of pills can cause. This is the only place in the U.S. I've found that sells it.
