I have had that also. When I was in a lot of pain it was bad and I had it for months.. My foot has improved a lot since July, minor pain and no more swelling. I still feel like my foot in general is slightly swollen compared to the left one with no pf. It is so wonderful not to have the constant pain and the very hard feeling in the heel.

Ibuprofen cream instead of pills because of the stomach irritation high doses of pills can cause. This is the only place in the U.S. I've found that sells it.
